Blue and green record exploding into shards

Photo
Fire It Up

Photo bring to mind a combination of The Ordinary Boys and The Red Hot Chilli Peppers with their energetic funk-o-skama single ‘Fire It Up’.

Comparisons don’t end there as things develop simultaneously in several directions with some rock and indie amongst the contributing sounds.

Things remain creative and diverse throughout with a splash of The Clash and even a hint of Mika making an appearance.

This is quite a good record and, although the novelty of it may wear off with time, it’s worth checking out if you like your rock served light and fluffy.
