Dead! Dead! Dead! – Hall of Fame

With a band name birthed from a reaction to boredom and frustration, Dead! Dead! Dead! were one of the most exciting bands on the unsigned scene in the UK. Their oddball interviews made claims of adoration of Mick Hucknell and songwriting as relief from murderous urges, while their songs quoted Aldous Huxley and were titled after random road signs.

Best Single - Dead!Dead!Dead!

Dead! Dead! Dead! were loved by our writers as much as our readers. They won the reader-voted award for best single at The Mag Awards 2007, with a celebration show featuring a live performance at The Talking Heads in Southampton, sponsored by Jägermeister.
