Lost Alone are a band in total control of their sound. It’s not been hacked together using the back-end of a Muse and the engine of an Arctic Monkeys – it’s a kit car alright, but it’s a hand-made beauty.

Guitars are responsible for both the wiry introduction and the powerful riffs that drive ‘Unleash the Sands of all Time’ along with force. The song really builds strong foundations before letting loose with the big guns and the effect is a stunning explosion into a perfect chorus led by a strong clear vocal.

‘Telepathy Nights’ is the same recipe, but with added bounce, and ‘Execute’ is a somber cousin to these tracks.

A whole grain, GM free, baked not fried helping of rock goodness to help you on your way…

Watch Lost Alone – ‘Unleash the Sands of All Time’.

Unleash the Sands of All Time Lyrics

Search yourself you are the world tonight
Would you give it all in slight in stealth
As we try, we try to fake indifference
But you can’t disguise this love
To say goodbye is the hardest thing in life
And to let go

The ghosts in my head made me say what I said
You are never gonna fall in love with anyone but me
With a thirst and a hope and a loss of control
Do you want a ride?
Unleash the sands of all time

Serve your soul, nourish and enrich and touch
And do it all despite yourself
As we fly the heart of you is beating fast
Take control you give it all you got but you want more
The ghosts in my head made me say what I said
You are never gonna fall in love with anyone but me
With a thirst and a hope when I first lost control
Do you want a ride?
Unleash the sands of all time
For tomorrow
