Vallenbrosa
Hessian Mercenaries

With a self-proclaimed “kick-ass” rock sound with metal riffs and vocals that could be employed for crowd-control, it’s no surprise to find that Vallenbrosa have made the cover-mount of Metal Hammer with their polished aggression and honed riffage.

‘The Hessian’ wastes no time in getting down to the business of silling the room with awesome guitars and powerful drums surrounded by throbbing bass, the scene is set for a feature length power-rock-out. There are tender moments however, like the intro to ‘Wings on the Floor’.

For those most part, this is a spectacular riff-fest with loads of variation to the theme. Yes, people might say it’s a bit dated, but there’s still tons of demand for this stuff and it doesn’t hurt that Vallenbrosa are dead good.
