Die So Fluid - Horrorscope Heroine

Die So Fluid
Horrorscope Heroine

A one-bar riffy intro and then it’s straight down to business in this rhythmic alt-metal single, ‘Horrorscope Heroine’, from Die So Fluid.

The song is about the emergence following our long hibernation, riffing along in the verse and then blasting off with big open chords for a melodic chorus. There’s also a stomping middle section that is a twisty counter-chorus followed by a pause that leads to a huge shred that gets accompanied by fan videos. The guitar, once unleashed, ain’t getting put back in a box and continues to deliver an awesome solo as the final chorus explodes from the speakers.

Grog’s vocal performance in the chorus is huge, both tuneful and powerful. She’s one of the true greats. The band has always been threateningly talented, with epic guitar work and those blasting bass lines. Anyone who has followed this band, as we have, will love this single.
