Can You Prove Something to Me
The opening guitar tones are so instant, the scientists behind coffee granules want to know the secret. They launch ‘Can You Prove (Something to Me)’ into pop-crunch brilliance with tones so great they’d still sound good without a song to live in.
The song, though, is excellent. Rolling with a perfectly genial pace and rolling around the guitar hook wonderfully for a little over two minutes.
In ‘Some Better Days’, the acoustic guitar and harmonies touch a certain Beatles reference, especially the “ah’d” backing vocals.
Shibuya Crossings are more than just promising, they’re delivering with their excellent guitar led sound.
